Work SERVICE  Because we are a full-service public
relations and advertising agency, we are in a position to counsel
our clients in both areas, thus assuring that each reflects
the best possible qualities of the client's business or activity.We adhere to the codes of ethics of the American Advertising Federation and the Public Relations Society of America and our principals are members of both organizations. We do not represent competing clients without client approval. By design, we prefer to remain a small firm in the belief that we can offer better and more personal service to clients. This also means that rather than maintain a staff of in-house specialists, we can draw upon the talents of those consultants, artists, photographers, printers, film and video production companies, and other providers known by us to be the best specialists in their respective areas and available at less cost to the client. RESEARCH We consider it essential to the proper formation of public relations and advertising strategies that we become thoroughly familiar with the client's business, operating philosophy, and needs before structuring a plan of action. Therefore, we seek an open and candid relationship with the client and expect to devote considerable time researching the client's needs. Such research is conducted under a strict policy of confidentiality.  PLANNINGFor each client, W.S. Adamson and Associates develops a comprehensive plan of action, including projected costs, and that plan is thoroughly reviewed with the client before any implementation. Such plans take into consideration short-and-long-term goals, budgetary limitations, and other factors. PRODUCTION At critical stages of production of news releases, advertising, commercials, photography, printing, or other activities, the client is given the opportunity to review and approve production stages prior to publishing or broadcasting. FOLLOWUP The responsibility of W.S. Adamson and Associates does not end at the completion of any single stage in the plan of action. Each stage is reviewed with the client to insure that goals are being met and the client's needs served. W. S.
